About Me

My name is William Scott and I am a CG Artist. I recently graduated from Boston University Center of Digital Imaging Arts. I have been trained using various programs such as Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere and Headus UV Layout.

Throughout my life I have always been a film and digital media enthusiast. I find myself very fortunate to have grown up witnessing the beginnings of the video game industry while seeing the tremendous changes that have occured over the years. The world of digital art has had a strong impact on not only the film industry but also the video game industry as well. It trully is awesome to see how cinematic the video industry has come over the years as it constantly aims to perfect the idea of interactive media.

Industrial and environmental modeling,texturing, character modeling, as well as Animation are my focus and I am constantly immersing myself on up to date methods on creating the most efficient and effective designs. I have gone through work flows that allow me to produce low poly meshes while maintaining detail from higher version meshes from within zbrush and other 3d programs. I feel very proud to be a part of this field and I look forward to continuing this journey within digital art.
